You can cancel your subscription within 1 hour of purchasing our monthly or annual subscriptions. Past the 1 hour window, all subscriptions sales are final. All sales on non-subscription based products, such as reports, are final. Refunds are will only be provided within the 1 hour purchase window, minus any transaction and processing fees.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once a request for your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, between 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded and are final.
We do not offer any exchanges. If you have made a mistake while purchasing an item, please request a refund for the purchased item within the 1h purchase window, and purchase the intended item in its stead.
All purchases of points are final and can not be redeemed for cash value. You may transfer your points to other learners, exchange them for IEDU tokens to access and redeem items from our store on www.loyalty.innov-edu.ca, or to trade NFTs (Digital collectibles) in our NFT marketplace on www.marketplace.innov-edu.ca. Any such transfer, is considered an in-kind transfer, and will result in a reduction of your IEDU points balance on www.innov-edu.ca.
